Regional Sales Executive
We develop & market Canada’s leading web-based electronic medical communication & record systems (EMR). It links patients, physicians, hospitals, health care providers, & labs with secure encrypted data for assured confidentiality. Never before has all pertinent patient information been available so quickly & seamlessly to healthcare providers at the point of care. Our ongoing investments in R & D results in Med Access products being recognized for their ease of use & being readily integrated into both individual offices & broader networks of care providers.
So how are our solutions faring? Exceptionally well! We have been accepted by all 4 Health Ministries in the Western Provinces as an approved EMR vendor & no one but us can make that claim! Opportunity abounds & we are now about to embark upon a material change in our growth trajectory.
We need coverage of the medical clinic marketplace, currently based from Kelowna & Calgary. This requires an individual experienced in dealing with clinics, their processes & practises, yet grounded in dealing with prospects in lay terms. This opportunity will appeal to sales professionals passionate about the healthcare sector & the opportunity the digital age represents to it.

Implementation Consultant

Our team of Implementation Project Managers/ Consultants is growing & we are looking for an additional member to be based out of our Calgary or Kelowna office. We need that “special person” who lives to deliver exceptional training & advice so physicians & staff fully maximize our technology. These services are delivered by a combination of telephone, web-demo & personal visits to each physician’s clinic. We continually upgrade these methods to meet customer needs & your input will be essential to this process.

- A Healthcare or IT professional with 5 years experience and strong computer skills
- Experience in work flow analysis, Physicians office procedures as well as in other healthcare environments

- A talent for supporting customers in their language & on their terms apply technology to help them help others

- Experience with Linux helpful
- Proficient in database tools (MySQL or other), hardware, peripherals, & administration/troubleshooting of Web-based applications
- Experience with networking, anti-virus software, remote services (VPN), & call-tracking software are an asset
- A passion for troubleshooting & supporting customers using terminology they understand
- Analytical thinking & the ability to dig into complex issues to find a solution & follow through with the customer
- Unflappable demeanor; exceptional with people
- Experience with physician & healthcare environment using clinical, billing & scheduling applications would be an asset
- Technical degree or diploma; Microsoft certification an asset
